We are excited to announce that traditional Yabusame experiences are now available through a collaboration with Ogasawara-ryu. It has been about a year since we began offering Yabusame experiences at the Nikko Baji Centre, which has recently rebranded to "Shogun Stables." Shogun Stables is responsible for the care of the sacred horses at the Nikko Toshogu Shrine, the resting place of the renowned Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu. This unique experience lets you ride horses that participate in the Ogasawara-ryu Yabusame and festivals at the famous shrine. You also have the opportunity to try authentic practices conducted by members of Ogasawara-ryu.
