■Reihō Course 【60-minute lessons】
The Seven Fundamental Lessons of Ogasawara-ryū Reihō
Ogasawara-ryū Reihō was taught to generations of shoguns and has served as the foundation of etiquette within the Japanese martial traditions for centuries.
Through the Seven Fundamental Lessons, you will learn the Basic Forms (Kihon-gata) of Ogasawara-ryū Reihō—the essential foundation upon which the school's traditions of etiquette, archery, and mounted archery are built.
Each movement is performed in harmony with the breath, creating motions that are graceful, dignified, and free from unnecessary movement. Through correct posture and movement, you will develop greater awareness, balance, and control of the body.
