As we approach the end of the year, our Reiho Online Lessons offer a wonderful opportunity to deepen your understanding of Japanese etiquette and the essence of Ogasawara-ryu. This November and December, the lessons will be held on consecutive weekends – 29th November and 6th December – allowing you to build your knowledge step by step without losing momentum.
The 29th November session marks the first lesson of the Reiho series, focusing on posture and bowing. These foundations form the heart of Reiho. Understanding how and why we bow in different situations reveals the spirit behind Japanese etiquette. This class is especially important for anyone who wishes to experience the true meaning of Reiho rather than simply learning the movements.
By joining lessons on two consecutive weeks, you will gain a clearer, more connected understanding of the practice. The continuity helps your body remember the flow, and your mind begin to grasp Reiho not as a technique, but as a way of being.
Whether you are learning Reiho for martial arts, cultural interest, or personal growth, these sessions will guide you to see beyond form and discover intention.
We look forward to welcoming you to this month’s journey into the essence of Ogasawara-ryu.
