Reiho Class:
Join our Reiho class, which will focus on the proper way to stand up and sit down. This class is always in high demand and fills up quickly. Ensure you book your slot now to avoid missing out.
Kyudo Class:
We are also offering a special Kyudo class this month. Unlike our regular Reiho classes, Kyudo classes are not conducted every month, making this a rare chance to delve into the practice of the Ogasawara-ryu style. To fully benefit from the Kyudo class, we recommend taking at least four Reiho lessons beforehand to understand the foundational movements.
