Reiho is for everybody from martial artists to those who want to learn Japanese culture. Also there will be a Kyudo class too but we ask you to take Reiho classes before taking the Kyodo class to get a better understanding of Ogasawara-ryu.
We have interactive zoom classes where you can ask your questions to Ogasawara sensei directly and he can also correct your posture, movements and more.
