Our Online Reiho Lessons Are Back

After a six-month break, we are delighted to announce the return of our Online Ogasawara-ryu Reiho Lessons.

Our next lesson will be held on Saturday, 25 July, and will focus on Turning—one of the fundamental movements in Ogasawara-ryu Reiho.

Through the study of this essential movement, participants will gain a deeper understanding of posture, awareness, and the graceful principles that form the foundation of Ogasawara-ryu.
