The dates for online lessons in August have been set.
The Reiho (etiquette) lessons consist of seven classes, with one to two classes being progressed each month.
This month we start with the first lesson, posture and bowing.
It is the perfect opportunity for those who want to try Ogasawara-ryu Reiho for the first time, or for those who have learnt it before but want to take it to the next level.
