This session marks the start of our Online Basic Reiho Series, which includes 7 lessons.
In this first lesson, we will focus on the proper standing posture, essential for every movement, and how to bow, integrating movement with breathing patterns.
While we welcome participants to join at any lesson, starting from the first will enhance your understanding and learning experience.
